Return Policy

Customers may return products within 6 months of receipt for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 6-month satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase within 6 months, please contact us and we'll work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as gift cards, personalized products, clearance items, or hazardous items, are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer service team at info@theprepbible.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 2 days of receiving the returned item(s). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please follow the return process. Once the return is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
