- Stainless steel construction with a polished finish for corrosion resistance and long-term marine use.
- Medium size: 2 in outer diameter tube x 9 in tube length, designed for standard-length rod butts.
- Swivel base lets the rod butt rotate under side load so the tip follows the fish, reducing sheared rod-holder pins.
- Rotation torque is adjustable via two nylon drag washers and a 1/2 in lock nut at the base.
- Functions as a standard rod holder for straight-butt rods or a swivel holder for bent-butt big-game rods.
- Built for high-drag saltwater fishing such as giant bluefin tuna where reel drags can reach 60 lb.
