30-day returns

• Return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
• Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, tags, and all included parts.
• Items returned used, damaged, or with missing packaging may receive a partial refund — typically a deduction of up to 20% — or be declined if unsellable.
• Consumables (targets, solvents, and similar) can’t be returned once opened.

How to start a return

• Email info@theprepbible.com with your order number for a return authorization — returns without one may be delayed or refused.
• Our mistake or a defective item? We pay the return shipping and expedite a replacement or refund.
• Changed your mind? You cover the return postage.
• Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of inspection.

Beyond the return window, we stand behind what we sell: if gear fails under normal use within 180 days of delivery, contact us and we’ll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund — coordinated with the manufacturer’s warranty where one applies. This covers defects, not wear and tear, loss, or misuse.
