- Two V-notch sharpening slots: coarse diamond-honed tungsten carbide blades and fine ceramic finishing rods, both preset at a 21-degree angle for consistent edges.
- Simply run the blade 3-4 times through the coarse slot to restore the edge, then 3-4 times through the fine ceramic slot to polish and finish it.
- Rubber over-molded grip with built-in feet keeps the sharpener stable during use.
